Delete Tower Account

Overview

If you need to permanently delete your Tower account, this guide will walk you through the process and explain what happens to your data.

Before You Delete

⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Please consider the following:

  • All your dashboards will be permanently removed
  • Any integrations or automations you’ve set up will be disabled and deleted
  • Downloaded reports and exported data will not be affected

How to Delete Your Account

The steps below are to be performed from within the app.

Step 1: Export Your Dashboards (If required)

Before deleting your account, we recommend exporting any important data: Export important dashboards as PPTX or PDF.

Step 2: Delete Your Account

  1. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
  2. Read the warning message carefully
  3. Click Delete Account

What Happens After Deletion

  • Immediate: Your account is deactivated and you’re logged out
  • Within 30 days: All associated data is permanently deleted

⚠️ Important: The active subscription is NOT AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED. You need to cancel it manually.

Data Recovery

Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your data. Please ensure you’ve exported your dashboards as pptx if you need, before proceeding with deletion.
